Bains Group of Companies is a consortium established in early 2007 to serve as an apex institution holding all our companies: BainsPhysio, Physiofitness, Global Health Network and establishment of Aihmsa College that took shape over the past two decades in Malaysia.

BainsGroup also now formulating a not-for-profit establishment NGO called "Society for the Movement Impaired" to undertake various charitable and social initiatives in Malaysia on behalf of its companies.
