"It gives me great pleasure to relate my experience with the very professional care and treatment I received from Bains Physio®. Following a total hip replacement operation I was left with peroneal palsy, torn ileopsoas tendon and avulsion fracture of the lesser trochanter, leaving me bed-ridden and totally incapacitated. When I started physiotherapy treatment I could only move about with a walker and gradually I moved to a quadcane, which I am still using today. The treatment consisted of faradic current, ultra sound, traction, mobilization and lately strengthening exercises. At all times I received the best possible care from the entire staff, but in particular from Mrs. Bains who really went the extra mile to see that I am getting on my feet again. Although specialists here in Kuala Lumpur and abroad are of the opinion that I will never fully recover, I would like to place on record that due to the wonderful caring staff I have greatly improved and hope that I will continue to improve in the future. My name is K. Ariaratnam, formerly with TNB and now happily retired. I am specifically emailing to your goodself to tell you of the excellent physio treatment I am now undergoing from your centre at Lourdes Medical Centre, Jalan Ipoh Branch.. 

My initial ordeal of excruciating pain began on 27th of September 2008 when I was diagnosed of having prolapsed and bulging disc in my lumbar-sacral region after having a MRI done at Lourdes M.C. and being seen by Dr.Daniel Ng, the resident ortho specialist.

Dr.Daniel prescribed a course of physio treatment at your esteemed Bains centre at L.M.C under the conscientious and hardworking Mr. Prabu Ramanathan, your resident consultant physiotherapist.

As I have a long history of low back pain (dating back to about 20 years ago) and having been attended to by many para medic and medic staff in the care of my back, both in public and private hospitals, I must state that in Mr. Prabu Ramanathan, you have a truly professional who demonstrates a high degree of care and concern for his patient's individual medical condition.  Furthermore, Mr.Prabu attends to his patient continually ensuring that the various treatment modalities are properly and judiciously administered on the patient making the patient feel full of relief after each treatment session. Also, after each session, he gives very useful professional advice on the medical condition including steps the patient needs to observe in managing the pain.

Personally, I am making  great progress in my medical condition and I would like to attribute my improved condition to the staff of Bains Physio, especially to Mr.Prabu.

As my company is covering my medical expenses,I would like to ensure that the treatment I receive is commensurate with the cost of treatment and therefore I can vouch for Mr.Prabu's  integrity and professionalism in the discharge of his duties and administration of the physio treatment.
